Vahap is a dual-qualified lawyer(England &Wales and Turkey) with a career spent at prominent international lawpractices and companies with significant international exposure. He previouslyworked at investment arbitration cases and was involved in global arbitrationteams. He provides unique solutions to his clients with his English lawqualification besides his Turkish law background. Besides his dispute resolutionpractice, Vahap involved in project development and finance in the energysector and acted for energy companiesrelating to project investments, acquisitionsand disposals. His sector expertise includes renewable energy, batterystorage and EPC projects.  Vahap isone of the founders of A&APartners and as a qualified solicitor he represents his clients in the seniorcourts of England and Wales and acts on their behalf for commercial disputesand transactions.

Özgür obtained his master’s degree from Queen Mary University of London in 2019. He began his doctoral studies in 2020. He is supposed to crown his academic career with a Ph.D. in law from the University of Nottingham in 2025. His PhD thesis examines ‘Strengthening Data Protection in Artificial Intelligence Systems’. He has taught courses on Contract, Introduction to Law and Legal Theory, and Law and Technology as an internationally recognised scholar. Beyond his extensive academic experience in law, he is also a lawyer. He has expertise in Contract Law, Energy Law, and Technology Law. His expertise significantly contributes to the work of A&A Partners.
